DSPR SUP Shop lists estimated DDP freight of about US$800 per floating platform to eligible standard addresses in the United States and Europe, including import duties and import taxes. These examples are for one standard platform.

Planning examples, not final delivered offers. Remote areas and outlying islands, including US island territories, are excluded by the shop’s policy. Your address, quantity, custom dimensions and transport conditions can change the freight. Custom changes and extra equipment require separate pricing; confirm unloading, handling and the complete delivery scope in writing. Other destinations require an individual quote.

Before you order: agree one specification

Choose a named layout or describe a custom single-level platform. Include your intended activity, available footprint, quantity and delivery country. Share branding and timing requirements if known. You can start with “help me choose”; a finished drawing is not required.

Keep one approved drawing or configuration revision with the quote. Identify the platform, canopy, furniture, boarding parts and accessories by name and quantity. Confirm material and deck finish, load and occupancy limits, chamber pressures and setup documents for your build. Photos help identify a layout but do not replace the supplied list.

Delivery: define the destination and total cost

Send the country and postal code or destination port. Ask whether the delivery scope ends at a port, terminal or street address. Have the quote identify product cost, custom changes, extra equipment, packing, freight, import charges and any local handling or unloading costs that remain yours.

DSPR SUP Shop gives an initial planning reference of about 45 days of production after design approval and about 60 days of transit after dispatch. Design review and destination handling take additional time. These figures are estimates; confirm the current schedule and delivery terms before committing to a launch date. DDP availability depends on your address and requires written confirmation.

Before shipment, request packed dimensions, gross weight and package count. Check your unloading equipment, access route, storage opening and launch-point handling. Inflated deck dimensions do not describe the delivery package.

Inspection: check the agreed build before dispatch

  1. Compare the overall layout and component list with the approved revision.
  2. Ask for clear photos or video of furniture, canopy, deck, valves, fittings and any requested artwork.
  3. Check the accessory quantities and pump power requirements against the packing list.
  4. Agree what inspection or test evidence will accompany the exact model; a product video alone does not certify performance.
  5. Request the packing list, shipping documents and model-specific setup information, and resolve missing items before approving dispatch.

DSPR SUP Shop describes sharing photos or video before dispatch. Agree the specific evidence and approval process in your order rather than assuming every general catalog image documents your unit.

At delivery: record the handover

Check package count and visible packaging condition against the shipping documents. Photograph visible damage and follow the carrier’s reporting process within its applicable timeframe. After unpacking, compare the components with the agreed packing list and keep identifying labels and documents.

Use the supplied inflation, assembly and operating instructions for the exact build. Before first use, have the responsible operator confirm boarding, mooring and site conditions. Ask for storage and cleaning instructions, including drying and packing steps; do not substitute another model’s pressure or operating limits.

Warranty: confirm coverage before payment

Warranty is confirmed for your order. The manufacturer pages for Cabana and Social Club currently list two years, while DSPR SUP Shop lists one year. Ask DSPR to resolve the applicable duration, coverage, exclusions and remedy in your written quotation before payment. Do not assume one term applies to every model.

Ask which components are covered, when coverage begins, what evidence is required and who handles any repair, replacement or related transport. For a quality concern, send your order reference, delivery date, affected component, description and clear photographs or video. Agree the next step and any return location with DSPR before shipping equipment back.

Confirm payment milestones, changes and cancellation terms in the written offer. DSPR SUP Shop describes cancellation before production starts and restrictions after custom production begins. Ask for the applicable order terms; mandatory rights remain applicable.
